We planned our website structure base on the research. In the home page, we will have a vox pop acting as a hook to get attention by presenting different individuals’ thoughts about Chinese Internet censorship. All the links to all other pages will be included as well.
We will have a sub-theme “ About Chinanet Censorship” to represent more information about why Chinese government censors the Internet, what the methods and approaches of Chinese government adopt to censor the Interent, for example: the well-known “Great firewall”, key words filtering and the Interent polices.
Deep focus page is the primary page of our analysis, which will use case studies to evaluate how Chinese Internet censorship regime exerts influence on the social media in China. This will be formatted as an online feature story.
In the Experts opinion” page, we’ll include the video Interviews with CCTV news reporter and freedom of speech activist Murong Xuecun.
